Use Untangle Software Products

There are two types of Untangle Software Products:
- Virtual Rack Products: All the Software Products above the Services pane in the interface can have unique configurations, which you can apply to specific virtual racks. Virtual racks enable you to create different policies for different sets of users.
- Services Products: All the Software Products below the Services pane have a configuration that applies to all virtual racks. As such, if you remove any service from any rack, you will remove that service from all racks.
- Non-Rack Products: A non-rack product refers to a product that does not install into your rack. A rack product has a flaceplate, and non-rack products do not.
